Looks like Central America is the place to go

Wow, there is so much to see and do in Central America where culture and wildlife abound, and the images of soldiers and civil war have faded from memory. Revenue from tourism has surpassed that of the majority of their local industries, and tours which cover up to all seven countries between Mexico and Colombia including Nicaragua, Honduras, El Salvador and Guatemala in one trip. Those of you lucky folk living in Europe, especially in Italy, Spain or Britain can take advantage of some these fabulous packages which are being promoted.

Two new airline routes between San Jose, the capital of Costa Rica, and another two trendy destinations in Panama are in the pipeline for Air Costa Rica and Air Panama, but they of course are not the only ones who are benefiting from the overdue surge in interest in the appealing countries of Central America. Regional officials have been hard at work for years, encouraging investment, culture and the development of a regional market, and the strengthening of the infrastructure, law enforcement, health and education has of course made Central America even more appealing for both residents and visitors.

Natural diversity and prosperity is something they have not needed to develop and this evident in the unspoiled beaches, coral reefs, volcanoes, cloud forests and the awesome and mind boggling variety of different species of plants and wildlife. And that’s not all, rich and diverse cultures nourished by the native Indian heritage, European colonialism and coastal settlements await.
