In a move to make lonely business travellers, feel, well, like lonely business travellers, the Novotel hotel chain has announced that they are to introduce a new TV dining concept which enables lonesome travellers to watch their own TV set while dining in their restaurants or while enjoying a drink in the bar.

Novotel Sheffield is the first of the hotel chain’s hotels to trial the facility. Novatel’s move is brave, and could prove to be very successful, as few larger hotels admit that most of the week they are home to lonesome exhausted travellers who just want some basic creature comforts at the end of the day.
