American cruiseline, Royal Carribean, has placed an order with a Finnish shipyard for a $900 million cruise ship which is expected to be twice the size of the Queen Mary II - currently the world’s largest cruise boat.

Confident of the growing market for cruises worldwide, the ship will weigh 220,000 tonnes and measure in at 360m long, 47m wide and 73m high, and will potentially hold 5,4000 guests in total.
