Good photos vs BAD photos
Photographs on a listing are probably the strongest promotional tool to sell a property. It’s a fact, no matter how good your listing is in terms of writing, people will most likely be “won over” by your pictures. We say in French that 1 picture/drawing is worth more than a thousand speeches.
So here is a comparison of a quality photo versus a bad photo:

Why this is a QUALITY photograph: - The image is clear & sharp with perfect focus - It clearly gives a good idea of the standard of this accommodation - The size of this picture is around 20k, which will load quickly. |

Why this is a BAD photograph: - The image is fuzzy and unclear. This can be due to the original quality of the picture or the compression rate used when saving the picture (using photoshop or fireworks or any pictures editor). - Colours are faded compared with the photo above. - It gives a really bad impression about the property! |
